FENLAND ASSOCIATION for COMMUNITY TRANSPORT
FACT operates as a not-for-profit organisation serving the Fenland area of Cambridgeshire to people who have difficulties using conventional modes of transport. We aim to provide accessible, affordable and safe transport services.
We are a membership organisation, therefore groups/individuals are required to register with us before they can benefit from our services.

Our fleet of vehicles range from minibuses with seating capacity of 12 – 16 passengers which can carry up to four wheelchair users and cars carrying one wheelchair user/three passengers. All our vehicles are fully accessible to accommodate wheelchair users.
All drivers are trained to a nationally recognised standard – MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) which is endorsed by ROSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).
We aim to achieve a good quality, friendly and flexible service and we encourage people to telephone or write in with complaints/grievances/suggestions, etc.
In conclusion, we are a Community Transport organisation, which will co-ordinate and develop the use of our vehicles in order to bring greater mobility to people living in the Fenland area of Cambridgeshire.
Although elderly and disabled people constitute the majority of community transport users there are many sections of the population who make use of our services. These include; youth groups, sporting clubs, schools, scouts, guides, religious groups, people carrying heavy shopping bags, people with prams/buggies and people for whatever reason cannot use existing public provision.
Fenland Association for Community Transport Ltd is a Not for Profit Company, Registered as an Industrial & Provident Society No: 26756R
